HOW
“Discomfort is the mother of improvement”—a phrase often seen as wall art in offices, and it rings true. However, for me, the real insight lies in recognizing that challenges often spark improvement or new beginnings. This is how the name CMD-R came about, inspired by the keyboard shortcut that refreshes content or initiates a system reboot. A brand story is like an operating system for a company: it serves as the foundation for all actions and must be regularly updated to meet evolving demands. With over 20 years of experience and the ability to navigate numerous crises, I have learned that adaptability is the key to resilience. I approach every project with confidence, infuse it with positive energy, and view this mindset as the driving force behind sustainable growth and long-term success—even if the journey there can be uncomfortable at times.
